For years, the stretch of land between Hazel Dell Parkway and River Road was home to Lynnwood Farm, one of the most prized Percheron horse farms in America.

Today, in those same fields, you'll find golfers teeing up in the shadow of the old Lynnwood barn. Pete Dye spent the spring of 1989 circling the barn, surveying the land and returned with plans for a course that is perfect in its natural simplicity.

The Lynnwood Room, approximately 2,000 square feet, seats up to 170 guests, contains a stunning mahogany bar, and beautiful dance floor. The cathedral ceiling in this room evokes a feeling of grandeur. All doors open to our wrap-around deck that provides your guests with a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The Balcony and Dye Room have the capacity for 50-60 additional guests. When coupled with the main room, we can increase the size of your party to approximately 220 people.

Patrons renting the facility have access to our immense wrap around deck that sits majestically overlooking the golf course.
