Join the Move to Private Paradise,

Heartland Crossing Golf Links, Indianapolisthe acclaimed course located just 15 minutes south of Indianapolis’ downtown circle is transitioning to a private club by 2009, and doing it for the very best reason. The people who’ve played this fabulous Nick Price/Steve Smyers design over and over believe its ranking as one of Indiana’s top golf facilities, and its place among Golf Digest’s Top 200 courses in America for service makes it very much worth it.
Heartland Crossing’s unique membership packages make it even more “worth” it! With no initiation fees, full membership plans starting at only $150 a month and with only 10-month billing, the entry cost at Heartland Crossing is minimal. The folks at Heartland Crossing also realize that this generation’s golfing patterns have changed.

Heartland Crossing Golf Club, IndianapolisIn today’s busy society, the average member doesn’t play 60-70 rounds a year like they did 25 years ago. Today’s typical golf club member has to balance uneven work hours, kids activities, more responsibilities at home and additional avenues to spend their recreational dollar, all of them cutting into the typical number of rounds a member might play. So Heartland Crossing will credit guest rounds toward their members, encouraging members to bring their companions and business associates to Heartland Crossing, more easily guaranteeing you’ll play in a foursome with friends, while still giving you the opportunity to make new ones.

An extra element keeping costs reasonable is that Heartland Crossing is a golf club, not a country club. There’s a fabulously maintained championship golf course in 4-star condition, ut there’s no tennis, no pool, no fancy dining acility, just a very functional bar and grill. There is a locker room, but instead of a plush (but usually empty) facility that requires extra employees, there are a few lockers and well-kept, but not opulent showers and clean-up facilities. At Heartland Crossing, it’s all about the golf.

And what golf it is. Heartland Crossing has hosted the Indiana State Open, USGA Women’s Open and Mid-Am qualifiers, a national AJGA event and more. About 20 Men’s Club events per year, a club championship, a half-dozen interclub events, a member-guest, the ESPN Golf Connection Radio show and a couple of 9-hole events a week are staples of the schedule. The practice facility might just be the best in the state and is home to the Brian Pachciarz Golf Academy, recognized as one of the best in the Midwest. Brian’s Junior Development Program is unique in the Midwest in producing top players at the high school, college and amateur level s.

Heartland Crossing Golf Links, IndianapolisYour guests will be wowed by the life-size golfer statues in the fountain as they enter Heartland Crossing, they’ll be impressed with the beautiful clubhouse, the picturesque landscaping, and the smiles and welcomes from the professional staff. From the brand new E-Z-Go carts with their state-of-the-art Prolink GPS monitors to the stacked golf balls on the practice range, they’ll feel like they’ve come to a special place. You’ll already know they have when you join the “new” Heartland Crossing.
